Toxic culture Work pressure No salary increment after 9 mnths Even if it increase it will be only 12 to 13 percent Leads do not approve leave when it's urgent

Slightly better working culture than other service based mnc. But a lot of it depends on your manager.

Tight deadlines. They also factor in 1 second when you blink to calculate your efficiency. So if your TL is a micro-manager, you'll always be tired.

Job is secure here until you do something blunder which is next to impossible if you are a smart working professional. Do maintain normal communication within the team to understand what is going on.

Promotions are not happening since last 2 years and salary increment has been poor since 2023. We already had these in news and they are already investing in AI. So, that people can be dropped as well.
