Your job is stable and mostly you will be assigned to projects. You will be recognised on the portal with RP points .. Skill development is decent.. work satisfaction is good ..

Dislikes

Work-life balance will go for a toss and if your manager realises that you are flexible they tend to overload work and give you very tight deadlines .. they expect changes which is implemented just few minutes ago to be done in next hour and keep on following up... Payscale is comparatively low compared to market outside.

Multiple dislikes don't know if I can fit here 1) company has team outing and lunch but on paper. Team outing does happens but every six months but somewhere to your nearest mall. 2) now it's 4th year no promotion till now. 3) There is a saying here "if you want promotion either go to banglore or wear a saree". 4) There is a huge discrimination with males in the name of women empowerment. 5) Increments are good if have a god father, but if you are common hard and smart working guy forget it. 6) No one is going to listen you. 7) I wrote an email to HR 3 years ago still she did not respond....Read More

1. Overall it is a good place to work irrespective of the project/team assigned 2. Very frequent trainings to keep employees upscaled with the latest technology 3. Good bonus and overall benefits

1. No growth opportunities in support projects 2. Micromanagement and politics 3. In some projects Managers wont allow you to roll off from a project until you opt to resign 4. Managers with no management skills 5. In some locations the office capacity is less but the employees are more which leads to poor seating arrangements

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. There are more dislikes than likes. The politics is on top and managers favour old employees very much and don't take work also seriously. There is a load of work they gave and expect to get it completed on time. The co workers are also very mean and unsupportive , overall , I didn't like working in accenture. It was a horrible time There. I was in GSM IM team.

So guys what I want to tell you is Please work for yourself and act like you are working hard and act like you are always busy and remember you have to be a spoon to your lead and manager, then only you will get promotions or hikes, also you have to bring tea, coffee, somasa to them so that you'll be recognized. No matter how hard you work end of the day those spoons will get hikes. And this is what happening in Accenture - YouTube (trust and safety) process.
