Company offers some great opportunities to grow one's carrer but the channel to pursue the same is missing. There is no proper guidance from leadership. They always talked about it but doesn't help or show the constructive way to utilize the chance as there is a huge operational burden at the same time which steals away the time & chance to grow.
Yearly evaluation process to judge someone's performance. People are being judged & dealt with perceptions based on one or two assignments. How can a manager judge someone's performance, everyone is different & possess different capabilities. Need is to identify that instead of wasting energy in evaluating & judging someone. Somehow, this gives unnecessary advantage to managers & leadership to play with someone's career by using his/her designation to decide the future & benefits (compensation, increment, bonus, promotions). At times, work is not clearly defined or proper training is not there to understand in-depth process. Once you go live, expectation is to rock the world & cheer the client which sometimes looks impractical. Quality of work is decent.

I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. A culture of donating leaves in case someone is in critical health and they have exhausted their leaves which promotes a supportive environment as well. 6 months maternity leave and upto 2 weeks wedding leaves .
