Job Security in the current Post Covid Scenario has been bad, company policies are good but not implemented by the leaders lots of groupism.

Dislikes

Lots of groupism, increment everything depends on your immediate manager, appraisal everything depends on your Manager and project even if you are working hard it is hardly noticed.

The company has a good inclusive culture and very progressive in adapting to changing times of business world. RnR programs are run in everyday and the best man or lady wins it. There is team events organized at regular intervals to keep team engaged. Having global presence the employee population is very diverse however the organization supports and hand holds you to adapt to a inclusive and collaborative working environment. Dislikes

Growth is competitive and focused in skill and performance oriented and hence stiff as you move up. Appraisals are average. Work pressure is dependant on the deal you are working for, some processes do see a lot of stressful working environment e.g. weekend works etc. Although it is mostly compensated. Onboarding and OJT are deal responsibility and hence senior folks are expected to invest, enable and grow new onboards. Being a Delivery Manager i have to double hat between ensuring seamless operations delivery as well as client service management which at times becomes a little hectic although it does help me in keeping myself abreast for customer expectations.
