There is literally nothing to like about this company. Starting to end everything is horrible

Everything. No promotion until you butter your boss. 3 or 4 of hike of a person whose salary is way less. Management gets hike but you wont. Variable pay only 7 or 8 whereas in offer letter it is mentioned 21. Very very horrible experience. Waiting to leave this place.

1.Workload very high in regards to the pay. 2.Can be rolled on/off based on managers discretion at anytime. 3.Accenture management thinks that they know everything and have a lot of capabilities which they really don't.
