Good culture, Good training, Lot of learning for freshers, cab service, Gym

Dislikes

Poor work life balance, long working hours(sometimes 16hrs), less freedom to employees, lots of company policy and frequent changes, job security

Politics are high in Accenture. Once you join Accenture shouldn’t expect work life balance. Daily stretch is mandatory in Accenture inspite of all the process. They follow different type of career growth process so it’s depends upon manager support to get promotion.
