It provides the flexibility in working from home, and some project only requires 5 days a month in office with team dinner

Dislikes

Projects are very less , we have to be in Bench for long time , noone will approach us to put in a project if we are hardlock to any training incubation projects , those incubation project are not billable , hence it will affect our variable pay and monthly performance.

Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. After spending 16 years i was asked to leave due to lack of opportunities. They don't even give a chance to go for an interview for a new role if you don't have relevant experience. HR team has become the worse. If there is something you need from them you have to keep following up.

Overhired and over promoted during COVID resulting in breaking the wage structure and pyramid. Now hikes and promotions are at the mercy of top management.
