No appraisal yearly mostly it is skipped and no promotion...mostly budget issue in the project

Accenture is good organization. Good Policies for employees. If you get good project then you will get to learn lot of new things.

Lot of politics is here. The people who are working long time in Accenture they don't want to move from there place. And they are not giving hike or promotions. Work life balance is good. It's totally depends on project you get

I don't like the culture in my team completely blaming on one employe what actually happing in ALIP project cb team here any lead don't connect with team members I usually asking for call every day so many times still they don't connect zero support from them and manager how she knows the feedback without connecting with team members please take look in cb team every one need to inform this don't know to whom tell this I am going out because of this reason only....Read More

It was good experience working with Accenture, learned a lot of things professionally, personally during my tenure in this organisation.

Dislikes

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

They prefer hiring females for leadership roles as well . There is good health care coverage . A culture of donating leaves in case someone is in critical health and they have exhausted their leaves which promotes a supportive environment as well. 6 months maternity leave and upto 2 weeks wedding leaves .

Dislikes

Lack of interpersonal boundaries , lack of work-life balance , lack of availability and help from HR. There are a lot of projects to work on which allows you to have career change but you have little to no choice on the kind of project you would want to work on . The work culture is toxic and unpredictable .

no recognition not and employee oriented company, doesn't think of employees benefits and work life balance. I have been working from 2 years no appraisal or promotion and we have been working 15-16 hrs daily , they are ready recruit new people and replace current one so yeah i don't reccomend it at all

Learning and career growth is good here, As i was told by someone that Accenture is a good learning playground, After i joined experienced it first hand

You need to be highly competitive wothin your team to get the appreciation for your hard work. Promotions are hold for many simce last 3 years and they aren’t providing good hikes

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true.
