Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. Appointing or promoting people who are not skilled but have good rapport with there promoting manager which indeed affects the managing of the other people in project. Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

I have joined last year only in September. Until now work was okay.

Dislikes

The account am part of is making their own rules to follow on top of organisation rules for RTO. Also no transparency in work and team, we were asked to login and work for more than 10 hours. We were asked to go to office in day time and complete 6 hours in office and then come back home and login again till 10:30 to support client.

So much politics within the team. There is no work life balance concept. I did lot of hardwork at the end just by passing one exam my junior got promoted. Promotion just depends on the years of experience and for freshers just need complete one techleap exam or just complete 2 yrs in company. There is no value for skill.
