They hire me as contractor for CTSD project and I worked hard and gave my best in last 2 years but they didn't hire me as permanent employee even they always said to me that we will hire contractors after 6 month or 1 year as per ur work I did my best to get permanent employee even they didn't hire me and they said again and again wait for 12 months then Said after 18 months will hire you and when I completed my 18 months they said policy got changed will hire you after 24 months even then I Ok no worries and I worked at Accenture with full energy and hope that I will definitely get permanent employee but in my 23 month I got mail from my vendor that my contract time has been passed and my last working day will be in next month August 2024 even I was shocked and ask my manager he said that will do something but they don't do anything for me and I have to left my job and no one helped me even I gave my best for my project but in that project people behaviour are very bad no one have no manners how to talk and treat with the employee very very bad I will never forget my experience with Accenture CTSD project Specialy for Madhusudhan who is the manager and Sagar chandra,Geeta rajbhar they are very bad people their behaviour are very bad they always tried to Let out the people in this project so that the can live longer in that project...... I would say this whole-ly depends on the client and the team you end up in. The people you work with on a daily basis, the developers you interact with, the testers and POs. In terms of work ethic and deliverable quality, I feel I work with the best minds in this team, and that makes me want to become and push my skillset.
The team you work with, work life balance goes in a shambles. Zero Socializing, teams meets, anything that isnt work, doesnt have space on the calendar of the team i work in. Been with this current client of mine for close to 2 years and i haven't met anyone from the team, other than knowing what they sound like, i have no clue about them. Being paid in peanuts, not meeting people, weekends are workdays at times. Tons of things to say. First of all, no good trainings given to the new employees. All the team leaders, bosses and managers are in real hurry from day one. There is no proper introduction given about the company and also about the works/tasks we are supposed to do. The place we work is dirty, noisy and ergonomically poorly designed. Other senior employees laugh, talk, murmur while working so it gets very difficult for the new comers to work in a focused manner in a quiet environment. Hardly any breaks for food in a 8-10 hrs shift. Lastly Accenture hired me in a rotational job shift but after clearing all my interviews when I was hired I was out to work only in night shift. I also questioned them that we had an agreement that I would be working in Accenture in a rotational shift position then why are you guys assigning me only night shift!? Well they were speechless and had their backs against the wall and didn’t have any answers. Such things happen in Accenture India. I would highly recommend people to first see the workplace, the work and the timings you all are getting hired for and then if everything is fine then only join.
