There are issue with the leadership, especially with some team leaders who tend to be rude and unapproachable, which negatively impacts morale. Low salaries they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

If you have any medicine emergency, don't suppose management will understand.. so keep it secret if you can. Otherwise they overload you. Also if you are eligible for promotion and you have done almost everything which suppose to be criteria the same. Still they said kiya kya hai apne.... LoL 😂
