They'll make you leave the company by trochuring you, by micromanagement, ask / talk/ or do anything, it will be a problem to that employee and heavy trochuring by immediate manager, management and also from the HR. Management and HR are related together combinedly they torcher. There is no way you can reach out to higher management since all are the same. Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. To be very honest, Accenture now doesn't value the skills of a resource. 2 years and counting, there is no promotion and only 6% hike. This is happening for a Btech and an MBA graduate. This is very shocking as an organization not to recognise the capabilities of a resource. During the time of Pierre Nanterme atleast promotion and promised hikes were there. But it seems Julie Sweet is incapable of managing this organisation in the grounds of recognition. Plus there are no good projects mostly all are support based. So you don't get to have an experience in an implementation project. No growth, no hike, no recognition. There is absolutely nothing to add value.
