This feedback is only for Operations - There is no work life balnce, Only work matter to them. When it comes to appraisal - There is nothing and reason would be company has announced no appraisal or promotion. Now Variable part- If you do only work n work still they are not gonna give you good variable, it wil hardly be 7%

There is no promotions and hikes fully stressed work culture with toxic environment more over there is no job security for any one .

Everything is wonderful. Apart from exceptional Manager of different project like to do interfere other project.

Dislikes

They asked me to leave in very short notice, because I did not serve cooling period between two joinings so they considered my 1st joining date and terminated my contract before 6 months.

Try to involve in other things apart from what you do so that you can enhance your skills and Accenture give you that leverage so, Never blame others start accepting your flows and start working on it. Something you might feel exhausted and Don't get a leave but you may have to also make sure that you know how much stress is required to take. Focus on yourself then everything else. Stay positive.

It was good experience working with Accenture, learned a lot of things professionally, personally during my tenure in this organisation.

Dislikes

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

If you land in a team with right kind of people, then it will be a good experience.

There aren't a lot of learning opportunities. Only those opportunities exist where a deal is available.

Worst work culture, managers not cooperative, they will make your life hell. There is no hike and promotions and expectations are so high. Plus HR management is literally the worst. If you have any issues with project and senior managers theres no one to reach out.
