Most of the people I met are very nice to each other. Skill benefit program and for freshers there are diff programs to skill up and with in 1 year freshers can get promoted to next level by taking the Tech leap exam. If anyone got promoted the hike also will be minimum of 22.5 percentage.

Dislikes

Food cuisine need to update. They offer more skill up to developers but not testers.

Company has good culture, you get a good company when you visit office, we have many games as well to chill with friends, like playstation, pool etc

Dislikes

When you are good at work and do what ever is asked but at the time of Appreciation or promotion, management are blind folded due to partiality but when you don't do anything management opens there eye widely and points out that we don't do anything and they get against n a reason for not giving Appreciation or promotion. The sad part is no-one cares about you.

Not following fixed work timings, extending the Internal Meetings till late nights. Giving 2 to 3 projects parallelly and not giving enough recognition to the Employee.

This feedback is only for Operations - There is no work life balnce, Only work matter to them. When it comes to appraisal - There is nothing and reason would be company has announced no appraisal or promotion. Now Variable part- If you do only work n work still they are not gonna give you good variable, it wil hardly be 7%

Worst work culture, managers not cooperative, they will make your life hell. There is no hike and promotions and expectations are so high. Plus HR management is literally the worst. If you have any issues with project and senior managers theres no one to reach out.

Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.
