Your job will be safe in job crisis. That’s the only positive. Don’t look for the MNC brand name, instead look out for learning growth, company environment, most importantly does the staff in the company shows some humanity on employees.

There are many. Here are few of them: Don’t expect hikes here. There will be no promotions given. No work life balance. No learning curve. No proper hierarchy.
