I have joined last year only in September. Until now work was okay.

Dislikes

The account am part of is making their own rules to follow on top of organisation rules for RTO. Also no transparency in work and team, we were asked to login and work for more than 10 hours. We were asked to go to office in day time and complete 6 hours in office and then come back home and login again till 10:30 to support client.

I think there is not much about the pros of Accenture just that it doesn't release bench employees too soon.

Dislikes

First and main thing, work culture. It has become very toxic and they pull out the hell out of you. A big shout for working mother's please don't join Accenture if you are WFH. They just do not understand the challenges we face as a mother and they expect you to be pro active all the time till late evening as well.

They provide ample amount of training as a company on diverse topics but the project won't allow you to take them so you have to take leaves before applying.

As this is my first Job onboarded to Accenture company. I felt great to be joined in this company.

Nothing is dislike about working at Accenture but I am decided to upgrade myself to another company. There is lack in support by project management; I experienced it. I don’t know each project management behaves likes that but I didn't get satisfied with my project management.

1. Overall it is a good place to work irrespective of the project/team assigned 2. Very frequent trainings to keep employees upscaled with the latest technology 3. Good bonus and overall benefits

1. No growth opportunities in support projects 2. Micromanagement and politics 3. In some projects Managers wont allow you to roll off from a project until you opt to resign 4. Managers with no management skills 5. In some locations the office capacity is less but the employees are more which leads to poor seating arrangements

Managers are there without knowledge and just to harass people. Horrible experience with one of the managers. 10 people have resigned under her in 2 years still management is not taking any actions.

Ahmedabad office, in particular, is not a good place to work due to no food vendor availability, no transport facility, & very cramped seating (you can't focus if someone besides you is on a call, desks are right next to one another with no separation).

Upskill training and opportunities to grow. I you can work beyond work hrs to give time in trainings you can learn many in demand technologies. Internal job changing options are there but that depends on what technology you are working.

Many projects have toxic work culture but HR is there to help if it's needed. Work culture completely depends on the project we are into. HR policies are Good though.

Nothing to like Too much responsibility with such a lower pay. Constant micro management. The governance layer set unrealistic expectations with client and forcing the team to fulfil it. Team structure not balanced. Too much pressure on development team
