I think there is not much about the pros of Accenture just that it doesn't release bench employees too soon.

Dislikes

First and main thing, work culture. It has become very toxic and they pull out the hell out of you. A big shout for working mother's please don't join Accenture if you are WFH. They just do not understand the challenges we face as a mother and they expect you to be pro active all the time till late evening as well.

It provides the flexibility in working from home, and some project only requires 5 days a month in office with team dinner

Projects are very less , we have to be in Bench for long time , noone will approach us to put in a project if we are hardlock to any training incubation projects , those incubation project are not billable , hence it will affect our variable pay and monthly performance.

Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. Appreciation and appraisal are not based on performance and there seems to be bias. Incompetent management and leads causing issues to the employees in many ways.

Mostly here are US shfit timings for the workers especially finance and accounts. No leverages or privileges for night shift workers. Even no allwences for shift

Lot of policies to uphold employees' interest. Good for freshers and early management levels for brand exposure

Dislikes

Low in transparency related to hike, promotion and benefits. Bad attrition and backfill management. No importance given to the existing talent. Bad retention of the talent.

Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.

Some leads and people are supportive, work culture is good until you are performing well and not going to office daily.

Dislikes

If you are going to office daily get ready for the corporate politics, toxic managers. They hire alot for operations role but don't provide any night shift allowances, salary is very less, almost no growth, no extra benifits. You will feel demotivated and feel stuck if you are loyal employee to a company.

Honestly, nothing here is good. What ever little we like here is basically netting off against the bads we have here

Work, team, company policies ( like seriously? We. Can’t even book our own cabs, we have to get it done by a spoc who most often forgets to book) micro monitoring is done best by seniors and managers. The worst place to work in. I feel like quitting work and start working for dominos . At least we ll have peace of mind.
