They'll make you leave the company by trochuring you, by micromanagement, ask / talk/ or do anything, it will be a problem to that employee and heavy trochuring by immediate manager, management and also from the HR. Management and HR are related together combinedly they torcher. There is no way you can reach out to higher management since all are the same. Low salaries they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.
