It was good experience working with Accenture, learned a lot of things professionally, personally during my tenure in this organisation.

Dislikes

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

Good at good experience to join form level 9 and above.

Dislikes

No proper management to give promotions and appraisals. For many years you may stay with same salary and on same career level.

I think there is not much about the pros of Accenture just that it doesn't release bench employees too soon.

Dislikes

First and main thing, work culture. It has become very toxic and they pull out the hell out of you. A big shout for working mother's please don't join Accenture if you are WFH. They just do not understand the challenges we face as a mother and they expect you to be pro active all the time till late evening as well.

It provides the flexibility in working from home, and some project only requires 5 days a month in office with team dinner

Projects are very less , we have to be in Bench for long time , noone will approach us to put in a project if we are hardlock to any training incubation projects , those incubation project are not billable , hence it will affect our variable pay and monthly performance.

Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. To be very honest, Accenture now doesn't value the skills of a resource. 2 years and counting, there is no promotion and only 6% hike. This is happening for a Btech and an MBA graduate. This is very shocking as an organization not to recognise the capabilities of a resource. During the time of Pierre Nanterme atleast promotion and promised hikes were there. But it seems Julie Sweet is incapable of managing this organisation in the grounds of recognition. Plus there are no good projects mostly all are support based. So you don't get to have an experience in an implementation project. No growth, no hike, no recognition. There is absolutely nothing to add value. Low salaries they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

If you have any medicine emergency, don't suppose management will understand.. so keep it secret if you can. Otherwise they overload you. Also if you are eligible for promotion and you have done almost everything which suppose to be criteria the same. Still they said kiya kya hai apne.... LoL 😂
