Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Most of the people I met are very nice to each other. Skill benefit program and for freshers there are diff programs to skill up and with in 1 year freshers can get promoted to next level by taking the Tech leap exam. If anyone got promoted the hike also will be minimum of 22.5 percentage.
