They can fire you anytime, so zero job security although in social media its claimed completely opposite. Also every year Accenture lays off 10% employees no matter even if performance is good. This is really terrible as you don't know you could be next.

I have joined last year only in September. Until now work was okay.

The account am part of is making their own rules to follow on top of organisation rules for RTO. Also no transparency in work and team, we were asked to login and work for more than 10 hours. We were asked to go to office in day time and complete 6 hours in office and then come back home and login again till 10:30 to support client.

I think there is not much about the pros of Accenture just that it doesn't release bench employees too soon.
Dislikes
First and main thing, work culture. It has become very toxic and they pull out the hell out of you. A big shout for working mother's please don't join Accenture if you are WFH. They just do not understand the challenges we face as a mother and they expect you to be pro active all the time till late evening as well.

Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home.
