I like work satisfaction and company culture

Low salaries they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

If you have any medicine emergency, don't suppose management will understand.. so keep it secret if you can. Otherwise they overload you. Also if you are eligible for promotion and you have done almost everything which suppose to be criteria the same. Still they said kiya kya hai apne.... LoL 😂

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. Internal hike Variable pay thay show in CTC too much but don't pay even 2% of it. Overtime pay is not up to mark Too much variance in pakage of candidates on same profile..even candidate with less experience than you revives a very good pakage...salary is not upto market requirement. HR team is not active..takes too much time in hiring.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. To be very honest, Accenture now doesn't value the skills of a resource. 2 years and counting, there is no promotion and only 6% hike. This is happening for a Btech and an MBA graduate. This is very shocking as an organization not to recognise the capabilities of a resource. During the time of Pierre Nanterme atleast promotion and promised hikes were there. But it seems Julie Sweet is incapable of managing this organisation in the grounds of recognition. Plus there are no good projects mostly all are support based. So you don't get to have an experience in an implementation project. No growth, no hike, no recognition. There is absolutely nothing to add value.
