Multiple dislikes don't know if I can fit here 1) company has team outing and lunch but on paper. Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. Low salaries they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

This feedback is only for Operations - There is no work life balnce, Only work matter to them. When it comes to appraisal - There is nothing and reason would be company has announced no appraisal or promotion. Now Variable part- If you do only work n work still they are not gonna give you good variable, it wil hardly be 7%

So much politics within the team. There is no work life balance concept. I did lot of hardwork at the end just by passing one exam my junior got promoted. Promotion just depends on the years of experience and for freshers just need complete one techleap exam or just complete 2 yrs in company. There is no value for skill.
