If you have good relation with manager and higher leadership you can easily get transfers to new project. Bonus and appraisal depend not on your performance but your relationship with managers. During your appraisal discussion you are the least at your work but the moment you apply for leave you are the most important person in the whole office

My job is quite interesting but then I do not have a backup in place because nobody has the process knowledge. I have been asking for back ups but till date do not have a 100% back up. It gets really difficult when I have to plan long leaves.

There are more dislikes than likes. The politics is on top and managers favour old employees very much and don't take work also seriously. There is a load of work they gave and expect to get it completed on time. The co workers are also very mean and unsupportive , overall , I didn't like working in accenture. The account am part of is making their own rules to follow on top of organisation rules for RTO. Also no transparency in work and team, we were asked to login and work for more than 10 hours. We were asked to go to office in day time and complete 6 hours in office and then come back home and login again till 10:30 to support client.
