Promotions are not happening since last 2 years and salary increment has been poor since 2023. We already had these in news and they are already investing in AI. So, that people can be dropped as well.

Work life balance, project teams are usually very supportive, appraisal and perk are usually updated on 1st Jan in system by itself along with increment which ever is applicable

Project usually are very short term, employee could be part of shared resource, being on bench are usually common, work from office even there is no such need

The let you switch technology but they don't provide much support and create lot of pressure while someone is new in technology specially if they are experienced employees. Too much biased politics. People treat technical knowledge people harshly. Timelines are set very badly of projects. Blame game and targeting. No Job security. Mental harassment by seniors, yelling and shouting. Long working hrs. Sometimes 16-18 hrs of work is also less. If you are bad with office politics and want to only work this company is absolutely bad for you. Lot of gossip and rumors promoted which discourage people.
