Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

They asked me to leave in very short notice, because I did not serve cooling period between two joinings so they considered my 1st joining date and terminated my contract before 6 months.

Hired as team manager and i was asked to do doer level job Too much politics Managers are needed to have people management skills New people managers are sidelined and old employees are given priority and consideration Bonus is pathetic it just in paper to foot on the name of CTC while offering

1. Timings are really bad especially in WFH. The work hours extend more than 12 hours. You don't have any personal time left. I worked in 2nd shift (12:30 to 9:30pm) but still people ping you at 2 am in the night expecting you to reply asap. You are expected to start responding from 11am in the morning till forever in night and attend late night calls which are scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards. This feedback is only for Operations - There is no work life balnce, Only work matter to them. When it comes to appraisal - There is nothing and reason would be company has announced no appraisal or promotion. Now Variable part- If you do only work n work still they are not gonna give you good variable, it wil hardly be 7%

Worst work culture, managers not cooperative, they will make your life hell. There is no hike and promotions and expectations are so high. Plus HR management is literally the worst. If you have any issues with project and senior managers theres no one to reach out.
