The work life balance depends on the project you are associated with, however, most of them provide good work life balance.

There is no interaction regarding the kind of courses one must pursue to be recognised and grow. With return to office coming into picture one has to travel to their base Location and can't get a transfer.

Overall Accenture as a company is good, leave policy is good and salary is on time.

Bad leadership and biased decisions, too dirty politics, you will be interviewed for an profile but what you get actual will be completely different work which will screw up your future. Your manager will never be faithful to you, irresponsible and incompetent and will always micro manage you even if you have worked sincerely. This feedback is only for Operations - There is no work life balnce, Only work matter to them. When it comes to appraisal - There is nothing and reason would be company has announced no appraisal or promotion. Now Variable part- If you do only work n work still they are not gonna give you good variable, it wil hardly be 7%

I like the work culture , the competition which we have to adapt while working, the job security, the transport and many more.

There is no negative things here in Accenture , I love to be a part of Accenture again. Accenture name is enough.

Worst work culture, managers not cooperative, they will make your life hell. There is no hike and promotions and expectations are so high. Plus HR management is literally the worst. If you have any issues with project and senior managers theres no one to reach out.

Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.
