Non IT No value for employees. People don't get P ROMOTION or P ROGRESSION. They'll make you leave the company by trochuring you, by micromanagement, ask / talk/ or do anything, it will be a problem to that employee and heavy trochuring by immediate manager, management and also from the HR. Management and HR are related together combinedly they torcher. There is no way you can reach out to higher management since all are the same. Cannot raise C oncern, CO MPLAINTS, p o s h, g rievance, or any concern since if you raise it will be assigned to the same manager of yours. Third party verification, is out of scope. This feedback is only for Operations - There is no work life balnce, Only work matter to them. When it comes to appraisal - There is nothing and reason would be company has announced no appraisal or promotion. Now Variable part- If you do only work n work still they are not gonna give you good variable, it wil hardly be 7%

Worst work culture, managers not cooperative, they will make your life hell. There is no hike and promotions and expectations are so high. Plus HR management is literally the worst. If you have any issues with project and senior managers theres no one to reach out.

Accenture is a good company but it depends upon the project and the project head you want to work under. The new Project head ruined the culture, making managers as puppets and treating employees as labours.
