While the company itself is great, the management could be much better. There are issue with the leadership, especially with some team leaders who tend to be rude and unapproachable, which negatively impacts morale. Additionally, the misuse of PIP is a major concern, as many capable employees have been let go unfairly. Highly political and toxic workplace. Favoritism plays a significant part in your career growth. If you don't socialize with Managers there is no possibility of growth. Senior leaders are non-interactive and not at all approachable due to politized work environment.
