1. Overall it is a good place to work irrespective of the project/team assigned 2. Very frequent trainings to keep employees upscaled with the latest technology 3. Good bonus and overall benefits

1. No growth opportunities in support projects 2. Micromanagement and politics 3. In some projects Managers wont allow you to roll off from a project until you opt to resign 4. Managers with no management skills 5. In some locations the office capacity is less but the employees are more which leads to poor seating arrangements

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. Job is secure here until you do something blunder which is next to impossible if you are a smart working professional. Do maintain normal communication within the team to understand what is going on.

Promotions are not happening since last 2 years and salary increment has been poor since 2023. We already had these in news and they are already investing in AI. So, that people can be dropped as well.
