1. Overall it is a good place to work irrespective of the project/team assigned 2. Very frequent trainings to keep employees upscaled with the latest technology 3. Good bonus and overall benefits

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. My Manager Mr Deepak Kumar Verma was not only my manager, he was like my teacher, elder brother, best coach who used to scold me also but also love me the most.. I miss him badly...
