Work from home option is there in few projects which is great.

Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. Some leads and people are supportive, work culture is good until you are performing well and not going to office daily.

Dislikes

If you are going to office daily get ready for the corporate politics, toxic managers. They hire alot for operations role but don't provide any night shift allowances, salary is very less, almost no growth, no extra benifits. You will feel demotivated and feel stuck if you are loyal employee to a company.

Can’t even book our own cabs, we have to get it done by a spoc who most often forgets to book) micro monitoring is done best by seniors and managers. The worst place to work in. I feel like quitting work and start working for dominos . At least we ll have peace of mind.

Alot of things, Work is pathetic, people are below average, with little knowledge they seem to know alot. Specially mid management. High focus on gender diversity has led to inclusion of under deserving workforce which is highly non meritorious. Micro management is a key issue. No promotions and salary is under indexed to the competition

There was one person named deepraj talpade who was a du lead for the domain Data and Ai at Accenture. As i was a fresher i will be having responsibilities like attending Kt sessions from my superior any new project i get and i should get some guidance and help from them but in my case they use give such big tasks without any Kt and guidance and deepraj as my manager refused to allow my lead to get some guidance and he allowed and asked me for the updates and he used to assign me larger tasks equal to my superiors and he used to scold me in front my whole project team members and he used to blame me for everything he such a rude and psychotic person i hav ever work and he made me be in pip forcefully even they didnot gave any kts and in the pip period as well they said me to work for their project.please Mr sushantha as you are the superor to him please take care of him.how can they keep me in pip while they didnot liked me and he used to show language barriers and location feeling as he was north indian he used to support every north indian over south indian....Read More

I switched to Accenture thinking that it'll have better work culture and the disappointment I had! I don't know how so many sub standard people are working here and how they got hired. I have had people with 14 years of experience ask me how to change the header color of a table on an email and ask me to format their emails. This is just an example. There are tens of such incidents with different people. My DU has been good, because the team was actually another company before which was acquired by Accenture. While I was working for my DU, from people perspective within team everything was good. Once I started working as a loaned resource, all the hell broke loose, the real picture of Accenture become evident. So many incompetent people!! So less proactive people and in this muck even the people who are driven lose their track and motivation because the higher management don't care much about the ground level....Read More
