1. Overall it is a good place to work irrespective of the project/team assigned 2. Very frequent trainings to keep employees upscaled with the latest technology 3. Good bonus and overall benefits

1. No growth opportunities in support projects 2. Micromanagement and politics 3. In some projects Managers wont allow you to roll off from a project until you opt to resign 4. Managers with no management skills 5. In some locations the office capacity is less but the employees are more which leads to poor seating arrangements

It was good experience working with Accenture, learned a lot of things professionally, personally during my tenure in this organisation.

Dislikes

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

Work from home option is there in few projects which is great.

Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. There are issue with the leadership, especially with some team leaders who tend to be rude and unapproachable, which negatively impacts morale. Best company I have ever worked with. I left as I had to come back to Kolkata from Delhi... My Manager Mr Deepak Kumar Verma was not only my manager, he was like my teacher, elder brother, best coach who used to scold me also but also love me the most.. I miss him badly... I wish I could work with him again.... HR team was also excellent....
