Post pandemic, Accenture is going back to its pre era and compelling people to office , lot of pressure no planning from leadership and manipulating pressuring to complete within a day or by hook or crook work on weekends etc just to please their higher ups. They are not considering the estimate provided and unccessarily trying to shorten the time which puts lot of pressure on team

In my project, it was nothing I liked at end but we started this Project with good on everything. Policies I can say are best thing I like about Accenture.

Dislikes

No promotions or appraisal to deserving. Forced to work for a senior position without getting compensated for it. I was getting paid for junior position for more than 2 years but was delivering all responsibilities of senior level which was equal to those which were working at senior level where they were getting paid for their position.

Nothing! worst place to work at as the Management sucks. This deserves 0 stars for everything. Toxic management no hike in last 3 years, in reality company is making profits but misguide us stating no profits. Logically if the company is claiming no profits for 3years continously its better to skip this company.

Everything! Mainly the hierarchy structure sucks, though you are in a TL position you and entry level associate will be doing the same work. Unsure of the logic behind this as the experience you have gained through years in other companies is of no use.

Almost everything! Toxic work culture, casteism among managers and resources, poor technology (they consider to be tech giant), no hike and promotion, favouritism on top, pethetic managers, god knows why the brand name is still there. One should never go by the brand name.

Poor work life balance, Retaliation happens even when they say they are against it but when you say to your big leads NO which you're not comfortable doing it, they make sure your life goes hell in the company. No holidays, no leaves, sick leaves hard to get, no bonus no salary increment the PDO project is ruining day by day, targetting to remove senior employees by hook by crook.

Nothing worth liking in this organization. Wasteful leadership, horrible work culture for top performers who are continuously pressed for more and exploited, and poor pay and growth, the smartest and most hard working people are made to compete for 1% promotion quotas while leadership continues wasting money on pointless and 0 client value initiatives.

Friends and family promotion quota Regressive leadership who count the number of years to allot promotions instead of value created Poor infrastructure and working (especially laptops provided) Shocking salaries as compared to market despite somehow charging clients almost 2x as much for each resource Endless useless and aimless initiatives Non stop change of technology systems such as workday and ariba which make any procurement and hr task impossible Totally useless HR which doesn't respond to employees or candidates coming in Unlimited cost cutting on things like dustbins while the same floor gets remodeled every three years. No work life balance. At Kolkata location worst leave policy. You won't be allowed to take sick leave otherwise they will deduct half day salary for one day sick leave.
