There is no proper response in this organization. Need to improve on to connect with the people and should resolve there problems. If we keep on follow up the managers also there will no response. I can understand that people will be busy in certain works which has been assigned. At least after the scheduled work they can respond to the people. As of now Accenture has terminated me due to certain reason. And one more thing which I would like to mention is, people might in what ever the level they should learn how to talk to the employee first. They might be a manager Or Client support manager.
