DDC5 is good but DDC3 is simply third class work environment. I should always advice don't join D3 because it is so terrible. The HR has also no responsibility to take a right decision. There is full of politics. People are taking salary for doing better politics and not for work. As an employee I complaint that never join Accentureif u want to stay. People are so bad over there. Bad teammates. There is no job security. Anytime you can be fired if the boss is biased. Even no career growth. Big time..time loss. Salary will grow only if boss is satisfied not related to work. So much of pick ups so travelling will upset you always very bad work life balance. C grade work environment. Bad place to work if you want to stay.
