I had to face lot of challenges regarding my work. Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a medium sized cafeteria.Decnt hike and appraisals. Good for freshers Its bit tough to work in the beginning (depends upon your project) .

Management is not flexible and sometimes bit rude if you commit any mistakes

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
