I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. Accenture supported us very well in the Covid-19 situation. especially, the Tele-Consultant (online doctor consultation) for myself and my family is very helpfull and the doctors are very responsive and helpful

In my experience, Its based on project perspective. Everything is about Team Lead and Managers. I suggest, at least a guy from out side project should supervise/monitor people performance to validate benefits.
