Corrupt and dishonest management, if you speak even a word against your seniors then they will gang up against you and retaliate by putting extra scrutiny to your work from all sides and harass you mentally, personally and emotionally. No use complaining to the HR because they never respond and are instead working hand in hand with the management to suppress complaints against them. 10 hrs working, no bonuses, no promotions, nothing. Internal hike Variable pay thay show in CTC too much but don't pay even 2% of it. Overtime pay is not up to mark Too much variance in pakage of candidates on same profile..even candidate with less experience than you revives a very good pakage...salary is not upto market requirement. HR team is not active..takes too much time in hiring.

After spending 16 years i was asked to leave due to lack of opportunities. They don't even give a chance to go for an interview for a new role if you don't have relevant experience. HR team has become the worse. If there is something you need from them you have to keep following up.
