I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. Yeah good thing you will get so many event mail like secret santa, fun friday but you can't participate if you don't have good relation with manager. Everything is dislike. If you are not from south indian then you will be trouble. I am requesting to Accenture if you don't like other state people then don't hire other state people and don't spoil other sate resources career. You are giving money that means you can't do anything with your employee.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

People have their own projects and work independently with onshores and not Indian managers

Toxic work environment. If you raise genuine concerns or issues with management they will not listen and then tag it you as complaint box. This will also affect ur rating. Protect their favourites. People who butter the Indian leads gets promotion within a year or two and get good joke. Favouritism is very much prevalent.

No promotions, Toxic work culture with micromanagement on employees, No Bonus. NO SALARY INCREMENT since last 2 years. I'm working here since 2015. A 9.5 hour shift that too rotational with no Night Shift allowance benefits. Complete Biasedness towards Male employees. Those who do Chaaplusi to higher levels they get promoted easily.They expect us what extra we can offer to the company apart from the 9.5 hours shift. I mean you hired me for the agreed company policy working hours then what extra Chaaplusi work I must do to reduce your burden with no monetary benefits? It's my majboori that I've to stuck in this company with No salary promotions and Females are treated as very Fairly. Attrition rate is on a higher side. Hence accenture is a great company for working standard but i did work started in Accenture past 2 years but still in contract.. why there are taking such huge time for conversion is an question mark .. they can improve to get fast card convertion.

local politics in project, team members. even if you are senior and go into new project you will be considered as fresher. in name of women equality they are promoting women only even if they do deserve that promotion and when they are giving 0% hike to all in firm so neglecting male employee's in serious manner. there is no contactwith higher project management no culture here that senior management will connect to team member, you will only contact to your team lead only. so pray that your TL is good in nature and friendly....Read More

Worst work culture full of advertisment, felt like they spent alot of money in social media. No hikes and less salary, work like slavery in Service desk amd application support jobs. Like call center job with worst management and politics. Most of the managers doesnt even know basic troubleshooting or not even know the process. Favorism is there for management, and some of the managers have basic bcom degree or non IT degree and come to become manager in IT, and not even have knowledge about basic technical details....Read More

How it is obsessed with diversity and women

Been at the company for 7 years Achieved all sorts of milestones in terms of work Leading a team of 6 being just a senior dev Increased business value of the project Also achieved expert proficiency and certifications But Accenture believes in financial well being and diversity, thus dividing everything amongst everyone and within that favouring women employees Top Performers have no role here

They dont live up to their culture. Non sensitive People managers. People like me working more than 10-12 hours everyday. Lot of people for doing everything but no responsibility takers

Had a good group of friends with whom I shared the same plight.

I was with Mumbai Mobilization team. Leadership is horrible.. they treat their teams like their fiefdom. No matter to whom u escalate the issues.. it's goes unheard. Reporting issues to HR is also of no use. From outside Accenture seems like a dream company.. inside it's all rotten.

Everything depends on Project and Management. Accenture policies are not being implemented by Leadership and Management, hence there is no work-life balance and benefits even like getting compensated for weekend support or 16hr of overtime. Management Politics are commonly seen.

Worklife balance and culture is good and lot of celebration of festival and team outings too done at FP&a profile . So its a mixed environment.

Dislikes

Salary hikes and bonus part is concern here there is too partially on it and only favouritism will get all the hikes , the hard working will suffer just by saying that better luck next time.
