While the company itself is great, the management could be much better. There are issue with the leadership, especially with some team leaders who tend to be rude and unapproachable, which negatively impacts morale. Additionally, the misuse of PIP is a major concern, as many capable employees have been let go unfairly. Accenture is best but the people like at the manager level ain't that good. They try to con you by false promises by making you perform and when it's your promotion time they give excuses. So growth is not there. Many people go there coz it's name but inside its different than expected.

Dislikes

They hire mostly for contractor, even if they give you salary don't go as don't know after how much time you will get permanent. Coz contract person has no OT and benefits. Also the contract period is not counted in tenure. Think before you go.

Promotion is always delayed though you have right skill set and invested good time to projects. Very difficult to get IJP. Favoritism though you have correct skills and perfect knowledge.

After spending 16 years i was asked to leave due to lack of opportunities. They don't even give a chance to go for an interview for a new role if you don't have relevant experience. HR team has become the worse. If there is something you need from them you have to keep following up.
