High politics, no job security, Mannerless and useless higher level managers and team leads, no proper trainers, favouritism towards the employees who sugarcoat the managers.

While the company itself is great, the management could be much better. There are issue with the leadership, especially with some team leaders who tend to be rude and unapproachable, which negatively impacts morale. Additionally, the misuse of PIP is a major concern, as many capable employees have been let go unfairly. Job is secure here until you do something blunder which is next to impossible if you are a smart working professional. Do maintain normal communication within the team to understand what is going on.

Promotions are not happening since last 2 years and salary increment has been poor since 2023. We already had these in news and they are already investing in AI. So, that people can be dropped as well.
