local politics in project, team members. even if you are senior and go into new project you will be considered as fresher. in name of women equality they are promoting women only even if they do deserve that promotion and when they are giving 0% hike to all in firm so neglecting male employee's in serious manner. there is no contactwith higher project management no culture here that senior management will connect to team member, you will only contact to your team lead only. so pray that your TL is good in nature and friendly....Read More

I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. Yeah good thing you will get so many event mail like secret santa, fun friday but you can't participate if you don't have good relation with manager. You will be enjoying Accenture if you have good relation with your manager. They are not entertain other state people, means if you are from other state people except south india then they will be trouble, no1 support you, no1 will bother what you are doing atlast they will not give you anything and they will give you the different reason. Everything is dislike. If you are not from south indian then you will be trouble. I am requesting to Accenture if you don't like other state people then don't hire other state people and don't spoil other sate resources career. You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

Mostly here are US shfit timings for the workers especially finance and accounts. No leverages or privileges for night shift workers. Even no allwences for shift

I think there is not much about the pros of Accenture just that it doesn't release bench employees too soon.

Dislikes

First and main thing, work culture. It has become very toxic and they pull out the hell out of you. A big shout for working mother's please don't join Accenture if you are WFH. They just do not understand the challenges we face as a mother and they expect you to be pro active all the time till late evening as well.

It provides the flexibility in working from home, and some project only requires 5 days a month in office with team dinner

Projects are very less , we have to be in Bench for long time , noone will approach us to put in a project if we are hardlock to any training incubation projects , those incubation project are not billable , hence it will affect our variable pay and monthly performance.
