This feedback is only for Operations - There is no work life balnce, Only work matter to them. When it comes to appraisal - There is nothing and reason would be company has announced no appraisal or promotion. Now Variable part- If you do only work n work still they are not gonna give you good variable, it wil hardly be 7%

Internal employees are not getting paid as per market value, like me i have not get any increment since 2 years and promotion from 2021. All preferences are giving to women and not considering mens hard work from last 3 years mostly because of diversity.

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Everything is wonderful. Apart from exceptional Manager of different project like to do interfere other project.

They asked me to leave in very short notice, because I did not serve cooling period between two joinings so they considered my 1st joining date and terminated my contract before 6 months.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

1. No major push for improvement from managers and employees themself 2. Just get the work done attitude 3. No major exposure to new concepts or techniques due to client project restrictions 4. Pay is not aligned as per Experience and always below industry standard 5. Promotions are delayed without any notice 6. Appraisal are always locked and the discussion is really "Name Sake".

After spending 16 years i was asked to leave due to lack of opportunities. They don't even give a chance to go for an interview for a new role if you don't have relevant experience. HR team has become the worse. If there is something you need from them you have to keep following up.
