Projects are very less , we have to be in Bench for long time , noone will approach us to put in a project if we are hardlock to any training incubation projects , those incubation project are not billable , hence it will affect our variable pay and monthly performance.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

If you are working in Accenture premises on a project, you will might get good appreciations

Dislikes

If you are working onsite(client side), you will not get much appreciation. There will always be a gap between client side and accenture for reviews and feedback. Timely response is a rare case.

After spending 16 years i was asked to leave due to lack of opportunities. They don't even give a chance to go for an interview for a new role if you don't have relevant experience. HR team has become the worse. If there is something you need from them you have to keep following up.
