I recently interviewed for the Salesforce Application Developer role at Accenture, and I was thoroughly impressed with the company's commitment to innovation, employee growth, and a collaborative work culture. During my interview, I faced some communication challenges, particularly when asked about Lightning Components and Push API integration. Regarding the Push API, my response didn’t fully address the nuances of ensuring that the API loop stops recursion. After conducting further research, I now understand that implementing a loop mechanism within the API is key to preventing recursion, ensuring that calls don’t repeat unnecessarily and overload the system. One area of improvement I believe Accenture could focus on is ensuring that interviewers consider the relevance of the questions they ask. In my case, I felt that the interview did not fully engage with the depth of my responses, especially concerning critical technical topics like Lightning Components and Push API integration. While my profile and skills were in line with the role, certain out-of-context questions seemed to derail the interview process. However, since the interview, I’ve further refined my understanding of these areas, and I am confident in my ability to address such topics effectively. Additionally, as discussed with the HR recruiter, I am prepared to answer all relevant questions comprehensively in future interviews. Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. I am not seeing any good thing regarding learning point of view, work point of view. Yeah good thing you will get so many event mail like secret santa, fun friday but you can't participate if you don't have good relation with manager. I am requesting to Accenture if you don't like other state people then don't hire other state people and don't spoil other sate resources career. You are giving money that means you can't do anything with your employee.

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

Some leads and people are supportive, work culture is good until you are performing well and not going to office daily.

If you are going to office daily get ready for the corporate politics, toxic managers. They hire alot for operations role but don't provide any night shift allowances, salary is very less, almost no growth, no extra benifits. You will feel demotivated and feel stuck if you are loyal employee to a company.

Work, team, company policies ( like seriously? We. Can’t even book our own cabs, we have to get it done by a spoc who most often forgets to book) micro monitoring is done best by seniors and managers. The worst place to work in. I feel like quitting work and start working for dominos . At least we ll have peace of mind.

Alot of things, Work is pathetic, people are below average, with little knowledge they seem to know alot. Specially mid management. High focus on gender diversity has led to inclusion of under deserving workforce which is highly non meritorious. Micro management is a key issue. No promotions and salary is under indexed to the competition

There was one person named deepraj talpade who was a du lead for the domain Data and Ai at Accenture. As i was a fresher i will be having responsibilities like attending Kt sessions from my superior any new project i get and i should get some guidance and help from them but in my case they use give such big tasks without any Kt and guidance and deepraj as my manager refused to allow my lead to get some guidance and he allowed and asked me for the updates and he used to assign me larger tasks equal to my superiors and he used to scold me in front my whole project team members and he used to blame me for everything he such a rude and psychotic person i hav ever work and he made me be in pip forcefully even they didnot gave any kts and in the pip period as well they said me to work for their project.please Mr sushantha as you are the superor to him please take care of him.how can they keep me in pip while they didnot liked me and he used to show language barriers and location feeling as he was north indian he used to support every north indian over south indian....Read More
