Managers are not co-operative and not attentive towards team issues and problem keeping un realistic goals. Almost alternate weekends asked to work without prior information. Not allowed to take leave (permission not granted)

Poor work life balance, minimum of 10 hrs to be invested everyday. Usually goes up to 12-13 hrs per day

Challenging since its a new project and we did not get proper KT. becomes difficult to solves issue and ticket when something new arrives on our plate. Half knowledge is dangerous
