1. Overall it is a good place to work irrespective of the project/team assigned 2. Very frequent trainings to keep employees upscaled with the latest technology 3. Good bonus and overall benefits

1. No growth opportunities in support projects 2. Micromanagement and politics 3. In some projects Managers wont allow you to roll off from a project until you opt to resign 4. Managers with no management skills 5. In some locations the office capacity is less but the employees are more which leads to poor seating arrangements

Management is very much tricky as they dont have any knowledge but want the work to done as per there timeline. Appointing or promoting people who are not skilled but have good rapport with there promoting manager which indeed affects the managing of the other people in project. It was good experience working with Accenture, learned a lot of things professionally, personally during my tenure in this organisation.

No as such, but from last two years there are less hikes and promotions opportunities, and think this is the main reason for needy people’s to switch the organisation.

Projects are very less , we have to be in Bench for long time , noone will approach us to put in a project if we are hardlock to any training incubation projects , those incubation project are not billable , hence it will affect our variable pay and monthly performance.

Promotion and hikes are based on buttering skills, favoritism and not on the hard work. Hardworking employees often end up with more tasks, while others work for few hours a day. Some projects require long hours like 12+ hours with very short break of 10 mins for lunch. There's noticeable leadership politics, team leaders and managers struggle to effectively manage teams. So much politics within the team. There is no work life balance concept. I did lot of hardwork at the end just by passing one exam my junior got promoted. Promotion just depends on the years of experience and for freshers just need complete one techleap exam or just complete 2 yrs in company. There is no value for skill.

Best company I have ever worked with. I left as I had to come back to Kolkata from Delhi... My Manager Mr Deepak Kumar Verma was not only my manager, he was like my teacher, elder brother, best coach who used to scold me also but also love me the most.. I miss him badly... I wish I could work with him again.... HR team was also excellent....
