Been at the company for 7 years Achieved all sorts of milestones in terms of work Leading a team of 6 being just a senior dev Increased business value of the project Also achieved expert proficiency and certifications But Accenture believes in financial well being and diversity, thus dividing everything amongst everyone and within that favouring women employees Top Performers have no role here

Work quality is very bad. You might be doing implementation and operations work 90-99% if the time. Promotion is limited and often deiced on unknown parameters. No feedback mechanism is installed for you to improve. Never start your career here. Mid-level roles are easy to get from outside and growth within the company is bad. You can become a manager in 4-5 years if you are coming from outside but internally it would take you 6-8 years....Read More

Long hours of work, i have worked for good 16 hours a day for a month, in return I got appreciation email with coupons of 2000 rupees. Funny thing is I started developing signs of spondylitis. When I asked HR to give paid leaves due to medical reasons she told me that it's not in company policy. You have to die working for Accenture.

Job is secure here until you do something blunder which is next to impossible if you are a smart working professional. Do maintain normal communication within the team to understand what is going on.

Dislikes

Promotions are not happening since last 2 years and salary increment has been poor since 2023. We already had these in news and they are already investing in AI. So, that people can be dropped as well.

Salary Hike but I think it all depends on your project to project but hike is good as compared to other company. Female security is superb. I am satisfied.
