Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. To be very honest, Accenture now doesn't value the skills of a resource. 2 years and counting, there is no promotion and only 6% hike. This is happening for a Btech and an MBA graduate. This is very shocking as an organization not to recognise the capabilities of a resource. During the time of Pierre Nanterme atleast promotion and promised hikes were there. But it seems Julie Sweet is incapable of managing this organisation in the grounds of recognition. Plus there are no good projects mostly all are support based. So you don't get to have an experience in an implementation project. No growth, no hike, no recognition. There is absolutely nothing to add value.
