Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Don't be nervous, xplore tech is very good company, if you can talk only 1-2 minutes fluently in English, they will hire you, and rest they will train you.
Only if you are a jobseeker and you do not have any expectations regarding salary then you can apply for it, they will pay 10k rupees average for various process, there are no carrier growth and salary hike.
The internal job posting is sucks, you never get selected on that, they will mark you absent or fail without taking any interview.
Only if you can chatna the pichwara of your TL then only you'll get the opportunities to get a good position, but not the good salary.
In my personal experience : I have worked for more than 9-10 hrs because my TL said to help him for business requirements, I continuously worked for them, and they have promoted me into grievance officer I worked for grievance for 2 months, then they said there are no requirement for grievance so I should get back to previous LOB, but my TL not agreed to take me there, I was hopeless that time there was no one, like HR or AM Or any TL helping me, no body answering my calls, I spend 3 weeks without any work, they haven't provided me any work that time, and giving me unnecessary LOP's, and deduction from my 10k salary.
I mailed to the head of that office with the all offence, I got an reply like they will take care.

I got an call from HR, I describe everything, then he assure me he will help.

After 2 month I got my LOP's salary,
Such a disgusting management, they are pushed me the same LOB as I was before,
I served notice period.
I left company, now I joined Amazon VCS, it is a very good company,
Let me work for 2-3 month and I'll share my opinion as well for this company.

Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - Please don’t go to that company. There will be a manager of International process that person is horrible.
Starting from poking and then try to enter in your personal life and it’s not the end. That person manager will abuse you with bad languages. And culture was too bad over there! In floor they used to make illegal things like tabacco and green leaf drug etc. most of the agents are intoxicated in the floor. Every body uses such foul languages.
And HR team is useless. There is no point talking to them cause they’re a puppet of the manager! And that person is running a dictatorship over there.
