Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - I have not worked in many companies bu i think If you are fresher I am telling in bpo or customer service for domestic voice process u will get maximum 14 to 18 thausand in hand salary as I experienced till now. When selecting any company u should be very confident in negotiations of salary and probation period other they put u in 6 or 8 months probation period and your job is not permanent until ur probation period running and ur pf will not start to deduct.
